Evidence-graded, provenance-first

A reference on Eloralintide, built to show its work.

The science. The results. The bigger picture.

Eloralintide (LY3841136) is an investigational, long-acting amylin-receptor agonist in clinical development. Every claim here carries an evidence tier and a source, and verified findings, preliminary signals and open questions are kept clearly apart.

More than a molecule.
A bigger conversation.

Better questions lead to better science, and a healthier tomorrow.

Combination research

Different pathways. One bigger question.

Eloralintide is studied on its own and alongside tirzepatide. Lilly’s Phase 2b trial combined amylin biology with GLP-1 and GIP biology, and reported a greater mean weight reduction with the combination than with tirzepatide alone.

A trial registration shows that a study exists. It does not show that the compound works, is safe, or has been approved, and recruitment says nothing about the eventual result.
